This year marks 18 incredible years with Derrick, and we couldn’t let it pass without showing him some serious appreciation!

From day one — when he earned the nickname “Mighty Mouse” by running a full day of service calls and installing a condenser solo — Derrick has shown what it means to be fearless, hardworking, and all-in.

He’s a true problem-solver and a cornerstone of the Tri-County AC team. Not all superheroes wear capes — some carry tool bags.
