Your heater will run much longer than your air conditioner did during the summer. Summer heat is only 25 or so degrees higher than the temp inside, and it gets cooler at night. We now have temps hovering around freezing...40 degrees colder than indoor temp, and it gets colder at night. It’s going to get colder tomorrow and Monday, if your heater is keeping your house at set point it’s probably doing everything it can. Remember, every degree you bump your thermostat up will reflect on your utility bill. Stay warm!
